Kobbo Santa Rosa (born 1949) is a Puerto Rican journalist, puppeteer, actor, and television producer best known for his long-running children’s television series El Show de las 12 (The 12 o’clock Show) which ran from 1970 to 1996. He is considered one of Puerto Rico’s foremost entertainers and media creators.
